Meet Phillippe Formentin, the mad scientist of Languedoc who decided to mix red and white juice just to see what would happen. Using semi-carbonic magic and a "why not?" attitude, he created this velvety Grenache that drinks like a lucid dream. Some grapes went in whole, others got crushed - like a party where half the guests dressed up and the others came in sweats, but somehow it works perfectly.
