Soft blue watercolor label, the kind of thing you'd expect to drink on a boat somewhere. What's actually in the bottle is a dark, brooding red with sour cherry and a stony edge, grown on terraces that people built out of solid rock by hand over generations. Everything about that setup says big, heavy, serious wine. Instead it stays light on its feet the entire time. The Boxer by Simon and Garfunkel does the same thing, a whole hard life laid out in four minutes without ever once raising its voice.
