Palo Blanco

Palo Blanco tastes like the place it comes from: saline, stony, taut, a little windswept. This was the pick of Jacqueline Doucette, our very first tastemaker, and she paired it with Tick Tock by Tom Misch for a reason. It was the song on the album she wasn't sure about until it grew on her, the same way this wine did. Both build slow and linger long. Some things you have to come back to before you understand them.
